Nexa Lending Launches Agenetic Ai Tools For Loan Officers

NEXA Lending announced Monday the rollout of new artificial intelligence tools within its Agenetic AI platform, which aim to support loan officers with real-time guidance on pricing, loan structuring, marketing and borrower communication.

The update introduces Chat AI and Social AI capabilities that integrate large language-model technology directly into loan officers’ workflows.

The platform also allows access to loan product and guideline searches across roughly 288 investors, along with real-time pricing scenarios, automated answers to mortgage-related questions and AI-assisted social media content generation.

NEXA said the system is designed to learn and adapt over time, functioning as a digital assistant rather than as a traditional chatbot or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

NEXA CEO Mike Kortas said the technology is already live and expanding.

“This is the most powerful system I’ve built for loan officers,” Kortas said in a statement. “We’re introducing learning AI that can operate alongside our people every day.”

Kortas also said additional automation features will be released in the coming weeks. “What we’re rolling out over the next few weeks alone will change how loans are originated, marketed, and closed,” he said. “Not months. Weeks. Nobody has ever built anything this robust for mortgage professionals before.

“This is exclusive to NEXA loan officers,” he added. “But make no mistake, we’re just getting started. More releases are coming, and they’re coming fast. This platform is going to keep evolving, and the industry will feel it.”

Monday’s announcement follows several changes at the Arizona-based company. The company, which rebranded in October, most recently appointed Todd Bitter as national director of sales and tapped Von Maharaj as chief financial officer.

In the past several months, NEXA promoted Rana Mortensen to chief administrative officer, hired Tammy Richards as chief strategy officer, named Jason DuPont as chief operating officer and added Geri Farr as chief growth officer.
