(nashville, Tn) Should I Switch Pi Attorneys?
Location: Nashville, TN. Ive had this case going on forever and even went through mediation because the law firm said it's required before we could request a trial date. I know that part is true, so we did that and there has been zero movement on the case as far as filing the motion to set for hearing. This is approaching a year since mediation and Im just really fed up with this HUGE law firm. They don't seem to have it together from all the different people Ive spoken to. The actually attorney just wants to say how she is the best litigation PI attorneys in the state. This accident has gone beyond the physical permanent injuries and without tons of details here, my time left in this world is limited. I'd rather at least like to see it settled so I can arrange things for my kid for when something happens. If I try to contact another law firm and they ask if I currently have a lawyer and I answer Yes, it defaults me to "they can't help me" prompts. Is there any advice or tips from anyone who has experienced something similar and did make a change?
