I'm a father in Phoenix, Arizona, and I'm looking for an attorney who actually wants this fight — dependency trial experience and/or civil rights (§ 1983) against a state agency. I have court-appointed counsel; I'm looking for more than that before my retrial in mid-December.

What I can say publicly:

- My infant daughter was removed from the hospital at three months old.

- The drug allegation the removal was built on rested on a first screen the lab itself marked unconfirmed. The final confirmatory test came back **none detected**.

- The sworn declaration used to get the removal order is contradicted by the agency's own records in at least four places I can document — including the hospital's own chart.

- The adjudication against me was **vacated on appeal** (the state conceded error). Nothing has been proved against me. A new trial is set for December.

- Since removal, every record shows my daughter gaining weight steadily — including records from her post-removal doctors describing the same feeding issue she had at home, in someone else's care.

What I have: a complete, organized file — the removal paperwork, the sworn declaration side-by-side with the records it conflicts with, court reports, medical productions, a timeline, and a consultation memo already drafted for counsel review. I'm not asking anyone to take my word for anything. The documents do the talking.
