25m Soon To Be Ex-wife Won’t Let Me See Or Talk To My Children

Hey everyone! I’m 25M, and last year in January my wife left me for another man she was cheating with. We had already had 2 kids together a boy (soon to be 3) and a girl (now 6) plus she had another daughter from a previous relationship, ofc I got attached to her.
But anyway, before we split up we started experimenting with drugs and developed an addiction, during that addiction our children were taken and given to her mom temporarily, while we went to jail, we got out and both of us were in complete compliance with the courts and CPS , her mom then made it extremely difficult for us to regain custody, we stayed with a friend and only needed CPS to do a walk thru of the home, my wife lied to me telling me they did come do the walk thru when they actually didn’t. Afterward my mother in law and I got into an argument in which she told me I wasn’t allowed back over there to see the kids , not long after I missed court and had a warrant out for my arrest.. making a long story short she eventually left me after lying essentially the entire time about what cps said and stuff, she now got the kids back, lives with another man, filed for dissolution of marriage with children, and no matter how many times I call, text, message her family,her boyfriend, his conowners of his company, his family even she won’t let me see them at all… idk what to do…
