A Picture Of Me Was Taken Without My Consent During A Medical Episode At Work And Sent To My Boss

Location: Utah. I just need advice as if there's anything I can do about this. Its fine if there's not but I truly feel violated in this situation.

I work at a place that heavily relies on volunteers. Recently a guy who's on parole and has to do community service has shown up and he constantly is taking pictures of everything and everyone to "keep tabs on everyone" for the bosses. Now I've already been annoyed with him sending pictures to my boss of me "slacking off" when I am a disabled person who when I have a free hour of course I am going to take a break. He is always taking pictures to catch us in something.

Last Monday, I had a medical episode in which caused me to fall and pass out. I haven't had one like this since 2021. Without my knowledge, the guy had taken a picture of me on the ground and sent it to my boss saying "she refused to move for 20 minutes". I literally couldn't move. I was having a medical crisis.

Now for the record, this job does have many labor violations as it is. I will be leaving this job and reporting many other things to the labor board. I only found out that the picture existed because a co worker was sent it with the words "I don't know what to do anymore" from my boss. Is there anything I can do about this? I don't know if I could go to the parole officer or if I could go to the labor board or something of the like. It feels dicey to me.
