Abusive Father Situation

Hi !

So my abusive father made us move to Canada with him a year ago, and well since he’s abusive, you know the rest. We lived in Quebec for a year, then he forced us to live in Alberta with him. 2 months later, he literally kicked us out of his house. So we moved back to Quebec, since we know a lot of people there who could help us. The thing is, our immigration status. My mom is trying to find a way to maintain our status, but my dad is genuinely making things more complicated. He cut off our governmental child allowances, filed a report in the immigration against us (saying we just “used” him to get to live here, even tho that’s evidently not true, like I said he made us move with him) and whatnot. Even tho we never did anything wrong to him. Things are just complicated right now, me and my mom tried going everywhere asking for help and advice but I don’t understand why everyone keeps referring us to one lawyer to another. And when we reach out to that lawyer, they would refer us to another lawyer. This keeps happening and we would never have the answer or help we wanted. As a 15 yr old, I genuinely don’t know what to do and I wish I understood the law enough to be able to find a way on how to figure this out. Until now, my dad won’t stop sending threats that he’d find a way to deport us or something, it’s annoying.

My question is, who or where should I reach out for proper answers and help ?
