Landlord Saying My Lease Is Invalid

I’ve posted on here before, but the situation has escalated. My current landlord bought my complex from our previous landlord and is now telling all of us that we have several (provably false) violations, and on top of that, all of our lease renewals are actually void because we didn’t do the renewals properly according to her. She’s trying to give us money and make us sign an NDA to vacate the premises within a few days or she starts the legal eviction process. The only people who don’t have any violations are those who aren’t renewing their lease. I spoke to my previous landlord and I got sent an email in writing that all of us did in fact renew our lease properly and also sent us contact information to legal aid. We’ve contacted the lawyers, but is this illegal? How is she able to do this? She bought our leases along with the building and is doing her absolute best to make everyone as miserable as possible by cutting off access to things we’ve paid for or keeping construction going in our former neighbor’s apartments for 10-12 hours a day. I have epilepsy triggered by cluster headaches and I feel like I’m dying. Please help me.
