Account Hacked And 3 Years In Arbitration Shall I Accept $0 Payout Settlement

so 3 years ago, my vrbo account was hacked and some scammers from florida cancelled all my bookings and started to invite guests to book with him/her and route them to their payment platform.

I reached out to vrbo 1 hour after the hack and vrbo didn’t do a dame thing until 21 days later and let the scammers scam people and impersonated himself as a property manager..

I moved into arbittration.

howevered, 3 years barely moving, I found my case on the edge of not performing. Law firm represented me didn’t do much and it can’t/wouldn’t believe cancelled bookings are damages and It’s hard to establish damaged amount for a 20 days negligence from vrbo.

So, my identity, my information, my ssn etc all the information is lost for a damag hard to define.

Two attorneys from the firm have left, so my case wasn’t even fighted much for because it’s smaller $30k range, and it’s hard to have a # for cacelled bookings.

I‘m given a chance to walk away before the final evidentiary hearing. If i go to the hearing, there’s a chance of losing and being responsible for all attorneys fees of the counter party.
