Accused Of Child Abuse In Pa

I am a 23F preschool teacher; Location: Pennsylvania. I have worked for this company for five years. I started in their Out Of School time program while I was in college, but after getting my ECE degree, I was transferred to their preschool program. I've worked for three years now.

I am writing this on my lunch break, as about thirty minutes ago, I was asked to leave the classroom for an emergency meeting with just my director. Director claims that an anonymous teacher came to her at 9AM today (Monday, November 2nd) with concerns about the safety of my students. This teacher claims that on Friday, October 30th, she saw me physically dragging one of my students (aged 23 months) by his right arm from one corner of the playground to the other corner. This did not happen whatsoever.

So immediately, I poked holes in the story. I asked my director: "Why this wasn't made aware to her until just now? If I apparently done this in front of everyone, why has only one teacher come to her, when there was ten teachers total outside that day? Has this child's family contacted you about anything physically suspicious with their child since this alleged event?"

My director reponded that only this anonymous teacher has brought this to her attention, that it doesn't matter how long it takes a mandatory reporter to report suspected abuse, and to not bring this to the parents until she knows more about the situation. I then asked if I was to be put on paid leave, and my director said "No, we need bodies in the classroom. You're not being investigated. We're just going to have the anonymous teacher write down what she saw and ask the other staff if they saw you hurt the child. In the meantime, you can work here as normal".

To me, this sounds exactly like an investigation is going to happen while I'm still in the classroom. When I returned to my classroom, I found out my coworkers had been made aware of the situation. They've been more cold towards me since. I must mention that cameras are not something either side can use here, as my job has zero cameras inside the building, zero cameras outside the building and none on the playground. What are my rights here?
