Any Way To Legally Force Someone To Get Psychiatric Help When They Are Not An Immediate Danger To Themselves Or Others?

Post history has everything, but long story short, my mom developed what I think is some form of psychosis where she believes my dad is running a nation-state gangstalking network on her.

She's also coached my little siblings into thinking my dad is a monster as well. This is textbook manipulation and emotional abuse but she's losing the plot in the courtroom. Like, she testified in court that my dad hacked into Wal-Mart's CCTV system, watched her every move, and then hijacked the self-checkout kiosk she was using in order to prevent her from buying medicine. The judge simply replied "I am worried about your mental health, ma'am."

Last interaction I had with her, she claimed she had been to my house hundreds of times and it was the first time she finally found me home to talk to me (I have a blink camera system so I know far and well this isn't true). She claims she talks to digital forensic experts yet never gives me any names.

However, she is not physically dangerous, which is why getting a 302 would be impossible but I know far and well she won't get a 301.

I am at the point where I feel the only way to resolve any of this is to force her to get a mental health evaluation.
