Advice On Evicting Girlfriend And Her Family.
Location: Washington State.
I’m working on ending an 8 year relationship with my girlfriend whom we share a 4 year old daughter with. Long story short our relationship has decayed over the past few years and has only gotten worse. Her, her 15 year old son, our daughter, both her parents, and their 4 German shepards have lived with me for approximately 2 years. We also inherited her 15 year old nephew approximately 6 months ago. I love those kids dearly so I can assure everyone that this is a very difficult decision for me to make. I’ve always worn it as a badge of honor having never had to deal with the courts directly or a legal attorney my entire life but now I’m heading into completely uncharted territory. Does anybody have any suggestions, advice on where to start? Any stories you guys would be willing to share to give me an idea on what to expect and how to navigate through all of this?
