Advice Please

Hi, I’ve lived with my mom since forever, in 2016 she got approved for housing. In 2018 we moved to a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Then came 2024 she gave me an ultimatum..(quit my job or move out) because she said she wasn’t reporting my income to housing and she owes them back pay ($3200-$3500) like a sane person would I decided to move out. I found an apartment ($600) and we went to try and get it but they didn’t have any available. She was so ready for me to leave that she went to the apartments across the street from them($1200). We found out that I didn’t have enough gross income to cover them so she added herself to the lease and I got the apartment. Naturally I couldn’t afford them for it ended in a broken lease.
Fast forward it’s march 2025 my mom asked me to come back home bc I got pregnant and she wanted to help me with my son. Naturally I helped her with bills. She then decided she wanted to move the day after my due date. So we moved baby didn’t come til Oct 8th me moved Oct 4th. Fast forward to may 2025 we get in an argument about her incarcerated husband. And she decides she doesn’t want me living with her anymore and tells me I’m not welcome and to come get my stuff and move out. (This is in may) then she calls the police on me and turns my cell phone off and reports it stolen through the carrier. She also blocks me from the WiFi. Then in jun she locked me out and locked the deadbolt so I called the police and they told me “it’s your residence you have a key, you can kick in a door or break a window..how ever you see fit” (my son was having an allergic reaction (eczema flare) to a Cheeto(that she gave him two days prior) and I had a cyst on my butt (tmi). I’d also just worked a 10 hour shift and left the hospital (because of said cyst). So I broke a window (couldn’t get in that way) tried to break the door glass (the second pane was too thick) and she pushed the side gate in so I couldn’t get to the side door. I broke a nail getting it open. Once I hit to the side door I broke it it was glass. And I was able to get in.
Then after the glass was fixed she had the landlords maintenance man change the locks so then I was locked out again.
She gave me until August 1st to move out (while still locking me out)
She gave me a 3 day notice that’s she had chat gpt write up.
She had a constable serve me.
We went to eviction court and she lost but I’m still locked out to this day.
(She also showed the judge three different leases bc she and her landlord tried to write me out of the lease. She also told the judge her landlords told her to evict me. The judge also deemed that I am a tenant, and dismissed the case saying “you’re a tenant and she’s a tenant tell your landlord to stop being lazy and having you do his job and come and evict her!”)
Not to mention they are still receiving funding from housing while I’m still a tenant and she removed me from the voucher.
(She thought that since she removed me from the voucher she could remove me from the lease)
I want to sue them..where do I start?
