Airbnb Host Is Charging Us $650 For "damage" We Have Photos Proving We Didn't Cause

Location: Washington, USA (rental was in Oregon)

My husband and I rented a small cabin through Airbnb for four nights in September. When we checked out we cleaned the kitchen, took out the trash, and because I'm paranoid I took photos and a short video of every room right before we left. Timestamps and all.

Six days later the host filed a claim through Airbnb for $650. She says there is a burn mark on the dining table and a broken slat on the bed frame. Neither was there when we left, and the table is clearly visible in my video with no mark on it. The photos she uploaded don't have dates, and in one of them you can see a different set of towels than the ones we used.

Airbnb gave us 72 hours to respond, and I uploaded everything. But I'm worried they'll just side with the host and charge my card anyway.

If that happens, what are my options? Can I dispute the charge with my credit card company, or does accepting Airbnb's terms take that away? And is small claims even realistic when the host is in another state?
