Are There Types Lawyers Who Help/understand Those With Diagnosed Mental Disabilities

Location: East Tennessee

I have ptsd and misophonia from a TBI that occurred after my late husband's suicide. I have built a case for the last 2 years documenting the IIED and reckless endangerment of my life by neighbors who view me as an easy target, a widowed woman living alone, no man to stand up for me. It stems from jealousy when I rejected one member of the households romantic advances and the home owner also got her feelings hurt when I didn't wave back bc I was in deep grief and pain.

I live in East TN and I'm having a hard time finding a lawyer who understands mental health and I wonder if there's a niche I don't know about that might be willing to help me. It's like I'm being beaten but no one can see the bruises and blood bc it's in my mind.

I know we can collect the damages which matters naturally. I can prove intent, motive, I have documented occurrences and have records of trying other ways to restore peace and dignity. Including apologizing and offering flowers, and multiple police interventions. I also have witnesses and text messages from witnesses.

Please don't suggest I move, I find that incredible insulting when my home is my sanctuary and that is what they want and I will not allow that to happen. It was and still is my Beacon of hope after my husband's death to not do what he did, it's not just a property, it's a part of his legacy and my reason for living.

I am currently doing my best to 'Grey rock' them and not engage but sometimes I don't have the proper protection.

Thank you in advance and thank you for listening.
