Being Harassed By Company To Remove Negative Review - What Are My Options?

S so I decided to leave an honest review on Google about two weeks ago about how I was treated and how my autistic son was treated at a clinic here in Texas.

After I left the review, I got a call from the rude doctor saying that if I did not remove it, they would be sending me a cease and desist. Well, I received that letter yesterday in the email and I did check. It is a legit law firm, but it came from the clinic themselves. Since then this woman has been calling me and also texting and sending me voice messages and emails from different phone numbers threatening me to take it down or they will be pursuing legal action. I did not lie in the review. I was super honest with what I said, and I was just stating the facts. No doctor should act like that or treat anyone like that patient or not.

What are my options here we are in the state of Texas and I do not plan on removing my review since it is true. They are giving me until April 10 to take it down or they will be pursuing legal action for defamation of character.

Do I ignore this? It seems like many lawyers I call do not deal with issues like this.

Isn’t this harassment with what this woman is doing? I mean what doctor acts like that?

Helpful advice needed! Anyone been through this before?
