Can He Use This To Get My Protection Order Dropped?

I (22M) was in a highly abusive relationship with my EX (24M).
Location: Washington state, USA.
I am seeking a dvpo as he has been stalking me and showing up at my apartment for months (3 times since July, he broke up with me in March). Last occurrence he ambushed my bf (was hiding behind a tree and chased him with a modified bb gun). My bf fell and was mildly injured. He was arrested, and has since been released.

I had court this morning for a dvpo against him. I have been no contact since our break up and have completely moved on. My biggest worry is today the court date was moved a few weeks out. And he had an attorney. I was “encouraging” of some physical violence (bdsm) in a sexual context. But he went on to beat me against my will and rape me. Does the encouragement of previous violence/encounters give him a defense? I never intended on filing this dvpo, I was traumatized and just wanted to move on. I did and met my current bf (the love of my life) and now he won’t stop harassing us. Could my encouragement of certain dynamics be a defense? Should I write a declaration clarifying my previous/occasional consent to certain types/lesser violence? I’m worried he will take messages of such and use that to diminish my case. Thanks!
