Can I Get A Protective Order For Cyberstalking/harassment?

okay so, before i came out as lesbian to my family i dated several girls online in the closet. one of them, i dated in 2020 and blocked once we broke up. everyday in 2021 i got 2 no caller ID calls a day from her. eventually they died down, but i still can't go more than a couple months without getting some calls. lately she's progressed back to weekly calls, calling me at least 3x. she has also evolved to fake numbers from her surrounding states, and i have had nights where she has called over 20 times and sent several texts. if i do answer the calls, she taunts me about things in my personal life she should know nothing about. all of my social medias have been made private, ive blocked every account she's created (she's created several in attempts to get access to me on social media as well), and ive even blocked anybody that attempts to follow me that's from the same state as her. she lives in delaware if that makes any difference for this. i have an album with almost 50 different screenshots and videos of these calls, texts, and social media attempts, however not sure if i have any subtantial proof to show the no caller ID calls are her even though i know they are. any thoughts/advice/recommendations would be so helpful, thank you!
