Vindictive Neighbors, What To Do…

Location: Lancaster, SC and I have a neighbor that has caused me grief time and time again. They falsely reported someone living in my garage. It’s a new studio office I converted. Invited the town to my home for them to see for themselves it was a BS report. Now they cruise around the block all hours of the day blasting a car subwoofer system. Noticed they do it earlier now and on my days off. We live on a circle and there’s easy access out. There’s no need to cruise around the block other than to provoke some kind of response out of me. I’ve not retaliated in any way. I’m hoping the lack of my “biting back” would hopefully just let this run its course. It hasn’t, only getting worse. They reported me for loud music last night and it was 10:20 on a Saturday night, c’mon man, seriously? Now they’ve backed there ugly ass pontoon boat right up to my studio and blasting the engine. They have five vehicles scattered around their yard that haven’t moved in months. They’re tearing up their house and leaving all kinds of garbage everywhere. Should I report them to the town? What can I do to cease this infantile behavior? This is my first home and I’ve devoted my time to modernizing it through and through. Love my gardening and it’s become my therapy in this world. Neighbors have been here two years and I have been here over five. Everyone else on the block is fine with me, no problems at all. In fact all the cops I’ve encountered and the city ordinance guys are all friendly with me too.
