Can I Kick Her Out?

Location: California.

Hello, Basically i have been renting a house for the past year and recently i had a friend who was getting kicked out of her home i let her stay with me until she was able to find somewhere else to stay ( yes i know it was dumb but i wanted to be a good friend ) Her and her daughter ( 20 y/o ) moved in about two months ago and would help out a bit with rent. but i started having problems with her due to her daughter falling into drugs and her having the police at my house every other week. i told my friend i could no longer help them out and she agreed they would move out. well she did end up moving out while i was at work but to my surprise her daughter was still in my house.. I texted her asking what was going on and she informed me her daughter would be gone by the 15 of this month and i took her word for it, but i soon started noticing her daughter wasn’t really packing or doing anything to make it seem like she’s moving out so i asked her and she let me know that she has no plans on moving out nor helping with the rent since she claims to have no job + nowhere to go. Says her mom left her there and does not wanna help her out, i texted my friend to see if she could come talk to her daughter but i was eventually ghosted. i waited a week to see if she would leave and well i ended telling her she had to go but she became aggressive and started yelling saying “ if i wanted her out i would have to drag her and her items out which wont happen or else she’d have to fight you or your daughter “ my daughter is 16 years old. she’s been threatening to call “guys” over if i try anything , destroying the place , and overall saying she has rights i recently started receiving messages from unknown numbers sending me messages with links stating “you cannot kick out a roommate even if they don’t pay rent”. i’ve done some research and i know i can’t legally throw her stuff out ( she’s here all day anyways .) Is there anything i can do to get her out of here asap? if i call the cops can they just kick her out for the drugs? what can i do?
