Child Support Arears?

Location: Oklahoma

Hi, my husband recently got full custody last year, after 5 years of not being allowed in his children's lives, mom threatened to kill the kids in 2024 and it was recorded by my eldest step son. Grandparents finally took action and my husband (not at the time) agreed to voluntarily allow for guardianship with no pushback. It was granted as he had a roommate and no space for them. All through 2025, he saved and got a bigger space, eventually going back to court and being granted full custody.

Now, the issue.

How does he file to have bio moms records checked and grandparents for child support?

The entire time money was being given through the state AND on the side, and we were informed it never went to the kids or things they wanted to do. It went to keeping mom on drugs (we do have this statement from grandparents recorded). What would we need to file to have them go back and re evaluate the last 6 years (she never worked, and never updated he income, so there should be over payment) to which the grandparents are still expecting, so they came give their daughter that moneyevery month to get high.

(She still has not been involved, hasnt even told the kids happy birthday, it was last weekend)
