Probation Help

Hi so I’m currently on probation for reckless driving and MDOP
All within Location: Oakland county Michigan.

I took a plea deal and the attorney I was assigned. I didn’t really help me, just told me to accept it or take the other deal and let it go on my record. My current deal takes it off my record. Along with fines and community service. When I accepted the deal, I wasn’t aware that I was going to take drug testing. Nowhere to include drug testing besides the small print that read that it was up to the probation department to decide if I need drug test testing. During questioning I told him that I quit smoking pot but the last time I smoked pot was three months before probation start and wanted to go clean. I am 19 so yeah, I understand it’s illegal. (I kind of fell into using it because my mother passed about a year prior.)

But since I already signed the plea deal, I was put on drug testing twice a month and once a week. I don’t understand why I have to drug test so much. Neither of my charges were drug related. My girlfriend’s mother around the same time as me literally has a dui charge and tests twice a month.

If we’re getting into a case specifics, it was a road rage that I threw a glass bottle out my window and broke some guys rear window and drove off eventually hitting a tree. Guy break checked me leading me to lash out in anger. Yeah definitely isn’t something I’m proud of at all.

Well I missed like 7 of my tests over the last 5 months and now just signed a paper that maxes it so I have to test even more and have an extra 16 hours of community service. It was singing it or have a warrant. Probation officer called me today and explained that to me and I decided to ask about it and she said idk you signed it. Also I told her how I’m out of a vehicle right now mines currently being worked on and if there’s a possibility that I can have the test to the day prior be waved because I missed it. And she said that’s sucks for you and call an uber basically hung up with a professional “attitude”.

I understand that’s it’s probably too late to do anything. But does it seem fair? Is there anything I can do? My aunt told me (she’s a bad influence and I don’t talk to her) that she went through the same stuff with Oakland county and just lied saying she moved to lapeer county and everything was easier there.

I’m just stuck between work and life, my mental health has just sunk to the bottom of an ocean. I understand I broke the law and don’t want an easy way out but surely this is just crazy right? Anything I can do now?
