College Transcript Overwritten With Twins Name

Location: I'm in Washington state so is the college.

I went to pull my unofficial transcript from my college and it now has my twins name on it. I believe that this happened when my twin applied for grad school there and they must have overwritten my name in their records (she never attended this school just applied). We share last name, DOB, first initial, and probably both used our parents address as permanent address since we moved a lot when in that period of life so we think they thought we were the same person and changed my name in records. I only caught it now as Ive decided I want to apply for Masters programs. My main concern is having it changed back (hoping this will be easy) but I'm also worried this could have affected potential jobs I have applied or interviewed for if they were to verify my education I'm not even sure if I'd be in their database as a student/graduate anymore. I'm also worried that it could have affected my twin when they applied to grad school there because if they thought she lied about not having attended or if they pulled my transcript instead (we did not study the same thing I would be a terrible candidate for the program she was looking at; I'm wondering if this could have affected the colleges decision on her application.

I'm planning to visit the registrar and was wondering if there's good things for me to ask of them or if there is something else I should be doing.
