Creepy Incest-like Revenge Porn

I just finished school and that’s literally where all my problems started. I have a sibling who has a VERY long history of drug addiction & associated checkered past.

They’re 1,000 percent green with envy and have been behaving in an unhinged way. They have gone to great lengths to sabotage my ability to enter the job market because I, being younger have now “surpassed” him and he’s pissed he’s turning 50 & hasn’t had a job.

Thus far I’ve ignored VERY clear, calculated sadistic sabotaging acts, remaining cool as a cucumber. This sent him over the edge & at random I’d get “nasty gram” group texts that include my uncles, male cousins, and several other family members just going on & on about what a loser I am. I quickly shut it down & blocked him.

In short, while trying to act as informal tech support for my mom, I found out (by accident) that he had begun sending inappropriate pictures of me, pics taken w/o my knowledge while asleep. The 1st group text had a pic of my butt. A week later it had a pic of my frontal private area.

I have not responded AT ALL because…is this even real life????!!!! I have several sleep disorders at once and so I could sleep thru Armageddon & he knows this so he actually took the time to lift my sheets to get these inappropriate, photos that I CLEARLY did NOT consent to!!!!

I’m livid but I wanna know how to handle this legally to protect myself & set a boundary as to how inappropriate this UNHINGED behavior is!!!! In my mind this is DEFINITELY revenge porn and I aSPEECHLESS!!! How do I handle this legally???
