Disrespectful Teen Daughter

Hello this is extremely embarrassing but hope not to be judged. i am a 42 M with a 16 year old daughter who is extremely disrespectful has been violent with me that has led to police involvement. To catch you up with what I have tried to do is put her in chins program she's under supervision with a P.O that has led her to juvie for 2 weeks. I have her in therapy and on medication so now and still the issues with cussing me telling me what to do hasn't stopped. Most recent incident was her threatening to od on her medication and trying to bite me again police involved. Now because of all this police involvement my landlord has gave me eviction notice because of her behavior. I am sorry I am all over the place just extremely exhausted and frustrated. As of today she has again did something now threatening me to tell someone that I physically hurt her to have me arrested. Spoke to the court and dss and her Po options for me are group home not a choice because shes a runner 2 a program called IACCT mental program or judge has me sign my wrights over to the state. WHAT do I do I need help I can't live with her in fear of now loosing my freedom please help!!!
