Do I Have A Cause To Seek A Lawsuit?

I am not sure what to do in this situation. I'm hoping there's some sort of legal recourse I can take. I've never needed to sue anyone, and I'm wondering if I have much of a case here at all..

I went to an urgent care, and I paid out-of-pocket uninsured $200 for the initial doctor's visit. I needed labs done. They told me it would be cheaper to go through health track. They would cover more things for less price, and it was $99 paid up front through an automated text. After 2 weeks of contacting them with no results, I drove to urgent care and asked for my results in person. They told me that they are no longer contracted with health track. My labs were not run, and I would receive a refund. However, I still required results for the labs. I asked if there was anything to do since I was out-of-pocket and uninsured, they told me we could run the labs again through labcorp without charging for a whole doctors visit.The nurse spoke to her manager and assured me she'd save me from that $200 cost. When we went to run labs I asked if it would be about the same as healthtrack (which I was still waiting on a refund from) and the nurse assured me that it would cost about the same. They did the labs through labcorp and and I left. After 3 days, I received a text from my pharmacy telling me I had medication to pick up. I called and was finally able to obtain my results 3 weeks after my initial visit. A few days went by, and I received the bill from labcorp, or rather 2 separate bills. One of over $950, and a second bill over $300.

After calling the urgent care and speaking to the same nurse who had helped me originally, I explained I would have gladly refused care and would have gone somewhere else, she said she would speak to her manager. When she returned my call, she told me to set up a payment plan.

I can not afford these tests. I have filed for financial assistance, which only lowered it a few hundred dollars.

I'm hoping to go to small claims court for some sort of justice.

I was lied to about the price and would have gladly refused care or service with them. I was told it would be about 100$, and it was a shock to receive bills over $1,200 for a test that only cost $99 at a different lab. (I did receive my refund from healthtrack)

Would I be able to hold the urgent care liable for the bills/financial burden, or is there grounds to go after labcorp instead for such an exorbitant amount?
