Doctor Has Accused My Partner Of Making Terrorist Threats Against His Practice After He Left A Bad Review On Google

This is a follow-up to my earlier post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/legaladvice/s/341GDysCrH. In the original post I explain that a doctor shared my private medical info with my employer after I left a bad review on Google. We filed a HIPAA complaint in response.
My partner was also a patient at this medical office. In addition to my own issues with the doctor my partner has had repeated issues with billing. Including them charging him for services he said to several staff there he did not want. In response my partner left a bad review on Google explaining his situation and the lack of communication from the doctors office.
In response the doctor has responded to his Google review stating that my partner made terrorist threats against his office staff and that they have filed for a restraining order and filed a police report. He also makes some mention of my partners job and place of employment. This response was from 2-3 months ago, but we are just now reading it because the doctor responds to all negative Google reviews in a similar manner and we didn’t want to bother wasting our time even reading his response. We just found out about it today through a friend who read the review.
We have not been contacted by the police or anything like that regarding his response. I’m almost positive he’s bluffing. The doctor makes similar threats against other negative reviews.
Is this something we should consult with a lawyer about?
