[south Carolina] Family Court Visition/ Child Support Court Order Broken

Card image cap

Location: South Carolina. I live in South Carolina. My son's father and I have a standing family court order for visitation and child support. He has been slacking on child support which I haven't pushed the issue because life happens I get it. Then he started slacking on visitation. With his last visit I received a phone call from the local police department stating my child's father had been involved in a traffic stop. He was arrested and charged with DUI, driving under suspension, Child Endangerment (our child was in the vehicle) and Habitual offender. I drove to get our child from the police department (we live an hour and a half away from each other) I was informed by law enforcement that he also made verbal threats to our child in front of law enforcement because apparently he blames our child for him "getting caught" With all of that it is clearly stated in our court orderhe is to abstain from alcohol during visitation. He of course bonded out on said charges. I received a text stating he would be coming to pick up our child for his visitation and if I do not allow him visitation he will have me arrested for violating the court order. I guess my question would be what legal steps can I take to prevent visitation at least until we can get back in front of a judge? I have zero experience with family court.
