Doctors Office Will Not Provide Mri Report

Hi! I got an mri done in late December and the PA told me I had no stress fracture. Fast forward now I’m still having issues and went to get a second opinion. They had given me the MRI CD but no written report. My new doctor is needing it as when she reviewed the MRI there is a stress fracture and she wants to see what they saw that made them say there wasn’t.
She tried getting it from my prior doctor and they told her I had to call so. I did and they told me my doctor has to call that I’m not able to obtain them. But then they become unresponsive when trying to ask where the report is at. I logged onto my patient portal and there’s no record of my MRI visits or results even though MRI was done through them at their office.
Is there something sketchy going on that I should report? I’ve never had this issue before but this is a new orthopedic group for me so not sure if anyone else has experienced trouble obtaining MRI reports
