Domestic Violence. F25 Against F36
Location: Minneapolis
To keep it brief ex gf beat me and assaulted me after coming home from the arcade. This happened in California. She gave me a concussion by throwing me around and beating me. I used my body to defend myself and packed my stuff and left. Went to the police to report it, got saw at the hospital, diagnosed with concussion. When I came back to my hotel cop called me and told me to come back to the station. They arrested me instead because her story is different and I’m positive because I’m masc presenting they decided to just take me. Four days later I’m released, charges were never picked up because they rejected the case completely. I go home back to Minneapolis and think it’s over..
It’s not. They continue to smear my name online and warning people and claiming I’m the abuser despite there being a witness who was a person who was both of our friends but my long term friend to where my ex admitted to being the aggressor and beating me.
Also called the cops on me to report I stole their medications which never happened.
They are posting my face everywhere, booking page, etc.
What should I do? I’m keeping and preserving all evidence but I’m just worried about the unpredictability.
