Estranged Parent Coming To My House Repeatedly Against My Will

I (30M) live with my father. My mother is a monster who I have had virtually no contact with for the past 15 years. Before that, I never had a good relationship with her as she physically abused me as a kid and knowingly left me with a pedophile who lived with her mother.

She now lives in New Zealand, but she comes back to California about once a year and shows up at my house. I always tell her that I don't want to talk to her and that I don't want her to come to my house anymore. She ignores what I'm saying until I slam the door shut. I have all her visits on video showing her coming to the house.

She stalks me on social media and makes additional accounts or uses his sister's account when I block her. She also sends me letters.

The letter I received most recently caused me to write her an extensive email detailing all the damage she caused me and stating repeatedly that I do not want her to ever contact me again. She responded by sending me a postcard which essentially just said, "Sorry about the email your dad wrote in your behalf!"

I'm thinking of getting a restraining order but I don't know how it works when she no longer lives here. I'm also not sure if she's a US citizen now, but she wasn't when she lived with my dad.

Advice appreciated as she is a narcissistic psychopath who won't leave me alone.
