Ex Is Going To My Wife's Grave To Leave Me Notes. Is There Anything I Can Do?

I(38M) broke up with my ex(30M) a couple weeks ago because he thinks I am wallowing in grief over the death of my wife two years ago. Since our breakup, he has been trying to get our, former, mutual friends to confront me about my grief, and has even gone so far as to contact the HR of my work to tell them I am, "emotionally disturbed." I told him to stop and blocked him, and it was quiet for a couple days. Then yesterday, I went to visit the grave of my wife and parents, as I do once a month to take them some flowers, and found that there was a bouquet of roses and a note waiting from my ex waiting on my wife's grave stone. I'm sure it's from him, even though it wasn't signed, because the note very pointedly says that the fact that I predictably visit their graves each month means that I'm still not able to cope with their deaths, and begged me to come to him for help. I would quote it verbatim but I threw the whole lot in the garbage. I could consult a lawyer, but I figure it would save me a fee if I asked here first. Is there anything I can do? Do I have anything close to grounds for a restraining order? I am so sick of this whole mess.
