Am I Being Scammed? What Should I Do? She Signed Papers For Me!

I went to a job fair at my community college. This community college is in a small town but is extremely trustworthy, at least in my opinion until now. They had a job fair, which I went to because I want experience in my field. There was a booth that was, at the time I didn't think this but, suspiciously empty. I asked what they did and the guy was extremely vague. He said they dealt with insurance and to put my name and number so they can schedule an appointment to discuss what they do more. He had told me they do some math and so I assumed that would be good to advance in my career. I scheduled a meeting on the phone. I went to the location they gave me which was in a city about 20 minutes away. They were in a rented building and the inside was really empty, no furniture really, seemed very new. The office was upstairs and it was practically one big room with on table and chair, very dark, with a door that led to her small office room. She explained to me that they do life insurance and explained the different life insurance they offer and how getting paid work. She showed trips that seemed like real trips, she even asked me a bit about myself. Strangely a slide that said "requirements" said on the lines of "looking to make money, wanting to leave their current job, looking for a second income" something on the lines of that. She then quickly told me to pay 199 to get access to this website I think is called PHP. I did, unfortunately, and gave information like my phone number, date of birth, social security number, and obviously my card to be able to pay. She said that they will try to finish the whole process of me paying a total of 500 and something dollars and training in two weeks. It totally flew over my head I cannot afford 500 something right now since I have car issues. She also did not specify what Id even get, just that I will NOT be getting a job from this?? I dont even know what I'd get by the end of spending 500 something. Now to the signing papers for me. She had connected the information I gave her to a number associated with me. She then scrolled through forms not even explaining what they were for, didn't ask for my permission, and signed them FOR ME. I didnt have any consent in it and im worried they somehow have access to everything or something and I am cooked. Anyway, as of right now I already went to my bank to stop the old card I used and they gave me a new card. But I do not know what to do. My mom's boyfriend is saying that on Wednesday to get the cops and bring them over during my "orientation" but I am worried that what if I am wrong and I look dumb. I am socially awkward as well, which is why i struggled to reject the offer. Please help me!
