Ex Wife Of Almost 10 Years Filed Partition Suit(killeen, Texas)

I got married when I was 19 and am in the military. We bought a house in 2016. Divorced 2017. I was awarded the house in the divorce decree. Side note: divorce decree doesn't have a proper legal description because my mom drafted it.

My ex is on the loan, the insurance, the deed, and the 1098. I tried to refinance in 2021 but was outside the enforcement window and she refused to sign a quit claim deed. Now it's been years and she wants to partition and sell the house and is demanding 50%!!! She hasn't paid a dime, my parents pay the mortgage via rent.

Neither of us live in the home and left in 2017. I rent it to my parents which she found out and is pissed about. My attorney says her case is frivolous and mediation just failed. What're my options?

She has unsworn statements from friends that she left the home due to safety concerns and said I changed the locks before the divorce was even final. My mom changed the locks, I did not. Now she's saying she has an ouster claim and should get half rent?

EDITING TO ADD: she filed the sworn statements and filed an injunction with the court so I can't rent to anyone else. Is there a chance my parents could be evicted? Has anyone been in a similar boat?
