False Allegations

Location: Kentucky United States.

I have an ex who I am going through custody court against for full custody and she is making multiple false allegations against me it started as a way to get Emergency restraining orders even though I have a restraining order against her through my current custody order.

The judge has thrown out every single EPO request (about 11 of them so far) because there is no evidence or proof whatsoever to support her claims.

And since they get thrown out she has moved to now making reports to Kentucky state police accusing me of things such as rape sexual assault and extortion. I just beat a case recently and had the charges dismissed because of no evidence, and now I’ve been told that she Is making another report to state police.

At this point she is weaponizing the police against me and I’m honestly afraid that I’m going to be hurt or something. This is becoming very expensive and is taking a lot of my time to try and fight these false claims it has been one case a week since the beginning of the year and I don’t live in Kentucky so I have to travel a long distance pay for a hotel and miss work just to defend myself.

Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening again and again?

(TLDR ex that I share a child with is using the police and false reports as a weapon in custody battle)

And yes I do have an attorney. Im going to call tomorrow when he is in office but wanted some advice from the general public on this one.
