Florida Documented Bullying In The Workplace And Retaliation For Reporting But What Now

I'm being bullied really bad for the past 4 months. I have submit 3 HR cases for bullying and unwanted sexual behavior and sex jokes with dates, witnesses, and quotes from April and June. Every claim was found legitimate in a sense that the man was written up and people thanked me for reporting it.
Last week. I found out the guy I was reporting made up a claim August 20 that I said slurs to him. They are still investigating but it is false because I wasn't even in the office that day. He specifically said a date the slur was said and I was not there, they verified it on my schedule.
I am so distressed. I am crying so hard I do not want to do into work tomorrow. If he is there the bullying will get even worse.
I do not know how to handle this. I was told the EEOC will not help because bullying is not protected and no one has outright said any sex harassment to me directly just "in a group setting" from HR.
I don't know what to do anymore. I don't have another job lined up. I am distressed.
