Getting Evicted Need Help.

M25 adult heir in posesión of property. I Have been dealing with probate since June of last year when my dad passed away suddenly with out warning. And have been taking care of the property since by myself with my dogs. I’ve lived with my dad my whole life. because it’s my only home left and have no where else to go.

I’ve been served eviction papers from another attorney not on record from the administrator who is my aunt that lives out of state. The only proof of a will was a picture of a front page with her name on it that I did not know of and had on standby coincidentally. I’m still trying to figure out how she has that. And has taken my dad’s phone which is evidence to what happened to my dad and the camera systems.

She’s threaten to kick me out early on in the months before the house even marketed and still is. And I have evidence of it all and her lawyer stone walking me when I’ve been respectful in asking what is going on and what will happen. Mo the passed by with no response only up until I objected the sale de165 and filed for a waiver fee and a de-172 to be reimbursed for the utilities I paid out of my pocket.

The estate said and realtor that is presenting my house has stated in text that it would benefit them if I was there and when I asked my aunt for help she didn’t want to help me with anything and only wanted me out of the house asap in doing a speedy sale and is breach of fiduciary duties. With out letting me know all the details and at last minute from the realtor and my aunt who is administrator

I don’t know much of the law and have been learning as the days have been going on and need desperate help.
