Gf’s Schizo Ex With No Contact Order Posted Her Tits On A Burner Facebook And Added All Family And Friends- Child Involved

So my girlfriend and I have been together for 6 months ish. She has a son who is a little over 3 years old. She got pregnant in college (Mississippi) and after the kid was born (in Kentucky) the bio dad went into drugs and mental hospitals on a few occasions. Since then she has full custody in Kentucky and a no contact order against him.

Every couple of weeks he’ll call her off made up google numbers from 11pm-3am and usually leave some rambling (last one was just mumbling and “I just got out of the mental hospital”)

He found a picture of Her, I and the child on social media and it’s now over tik tok calling us kidnapping assassins and he edited the photos to have him and his friends face over our faces and kept the kid in the picture with the #family

Now last night he made a new Facebook account under a burner name. He made the profile picture a mirror selfie of him putting his fingers over her tits (changed this by morning but we have screenshots). He then proceeded to add all her family and make sure that picture was seen. They all saw and can confirm as well

The only post on the account is a picture of her parents with the child and he photoshopped his mugshot from July (for destruction of property over $500) over her mom’s face. He basically just wanted everyone to see her nudes and let everybody know he’s still around

We’re in Kentucky, he is presumably in Georgia and we’re talking to the lawyer about an EPO now. We plan to get married this year and will pursue step parent adoption. He has a no contact already, she doesn’t get child support and he has shown up to none of the custody hearings.

We will be changing her last name when married and the kids probably to something completely new (he makes YouTube videos and tik toks using the kids name). This has been happening for over 2.5 years

Any other advice? Once the step parent adoption happens this year I want to ensure there will be legal consequences if he contacts us or tries to contact the child. She felt bad about taking things to court every time because he’s mentally ill and his parents get hit with the bill. This morning she agreed with me and said fuck em all. We want to drag him through the mud in the cleanest way possible.

This is also on top of his vague cryptic posts about dying and how “little man won’t make it past the orchestra” (idk one of his captions) (I am also armed with a firearm in and out of the house if his crazy ass ever shows up)
