Going Through Separation Ex Is Lying And Given Temp Full Custody

It’s the weekend but I need some legal help but everything is closed. I’m Going through a very toxic divorce. My ex filed a restraining order on Friday where she lied on and was given full custody temporarily of all three of the children. I can prove she lied on the order because I was at the doctors while the alleged incident happened. My oldest son is special needs and not biologically her son, but legally. They haven’t spoken in months and she has wished death on him in front of him and he is terrified of her and I fear she will harm him. She has now served me with papers to get full sole custody of the children today (Sunday) While this is all happening she has been harassing my family and using my credit cards which I can also prove. My youngest two daughters are with her and my son is somewhere else safe but she has been sending the police to all known addresses for a welfare check for him trying to get him. We are in North Carolina, and we are both women.
