Google Review Lawsuit

I gave a private equity company from Florida a one star Google review because they basically trashed a certain brand I loved when they acquired and gutted it. I didn't write anything or make a single claim it's a blank one star review. Somehow they got my address and contact information including my full legal name. (I didn't know Google put that out there). I was sent a demand through email to take it down or they would sue. Fast forward a few days later some dude knocks on my door asks for me and hands me a packet of paper thats word for word what the email said. It's not a summons I know that much but now I'm wondering if this is supposed to be an intimidation tactic and whether I have a case of harassment. I can't be sued for libel or defamation I haven't made any claims. If they're doing this much over a blank one star review I'm curious what else they're doing. I'm in California if that matters but yeah them having someone knock on my door is bothering me because I'm worried for the safety of my loved ones if I'm not home.
