Health Insurance Scammer?

I have been getting claims for someone else’s doctor appointments, health tests, medical supplies, etc for probably 9 months at this point. I knew this person was pregnant based on the types of doctors and supplies that were being claimed. I have contacted the state (they can’t help me because it’s my employers insurance), filed official grievances, called many of these doctors myself, worked with my employer’s insurance POC, and nothing has worked to prevent more claims.

My insurance assigned me a health concierge who keeps in contact with me whenever there’s a new statement on my account, and says she’s aware but it will take time to remove from my claim list. They say there is nothing we can do to prevent this, the doctors for this other person are just clicking the first person with the same name and DOB.

Today I found out she has had her baby. I got a claim for a baby boy (I even know his name). He is now listed as a dependent on my health insurance account and I have access to his health insurance card. To me, this means my health insurer is at fault.

I have already reached out via several venues to report to them that this isn’t me and I need the baby’s info removed from my account.

My question is- what else can I do!! I haven’t been billed personally for any of these, but each statement has my name and address and place of employment listed. I feel like I need to get rid of this issue before I start owing money? If it truly is a mistake then I think this other person could sue for breach of hipaa since I know her name, DOB, child’s full name, and every single time she goes to an appointment or gets testing or ultrasounds? I did a few google searches to try and find her and warn her, but couldn’t find her.
