Hi Need Advice Please My Upstairs Neighbor Has Been Partying For 3 Days Straight
Location: California. I have told the leasing office everyday they informed me I'm not the only one that has been calling. She has lived here only a few months not even a week here she had people pounding on her door trying to fight her at 6 am they gave her a notice she laid low for a while and it just getting worse. Here and there she would blast music all night my teen would complain to me I talked with her she apologized then it was good for a while till she had one of her friends moved in. It been 3 days straight of partying multiple people there yelling banging body slamming music blast extremely loud beer being spilled all over my porch and cans. I been telling the office sending them proof other neighbors have called and nothing is being done they said they keep trying to call her but she doesn't answer. It is in our lease that from 10pm-8am is quiet hours no partying or disturbance if so our lease gets terminated. So what should I do? I've gotten 5 hours of sleep in 3 days I want to cry I'm so tired I have kids too that can't sleep
