How Do I Fix My Own Mother Putting Me Into Debt?
Location: Honolulu Hawaii and from around 2020 to 2024 I was homeless with my mother. Also during 2020 I was 17. My mother and I got raided from the previous home we lived at due to her doing fraud. In result, we left the place and had been running for 4 years.
During these 4 years she made bank accounts under my name, took out loans under my name, put me into debt via Verizon, and probably a few other things I am missing. I didnt want anything under my name though she forced me to open these accounts and if I didnt then she told me we would starve to death and die on the side of the streets.
Because of this, I cannot make a bank account and I cannot have a proper phone plan all by myself. I have tried to contact the police. Due to the recommendation of the shelter I live at. Though, due to the fact I don't know how to word things properly so they make sense to others I seem like an accomplice.
Is there any possibility that I could get anything done with knowing basically nothing?
