How Good Are My Chances At Full Custody After My Husband Got Charged For Dv Against Me While I Was Pregnant With Our Baby?

Location: Indiana
I was living with my husband in Michigan with our daughter and I’m currently 35 weeks along with our second child now. A few weeks ago I called the cops on him after he put his hands on me and he was booked and charged with domestic violence against a pregnant individual (myself)
He was taken to jail at around 12am and as soon as I woke up the next morning I started packing and my family members came with a U-Haul so I could leave the home incase he came back. He currently has a no contact order so he can’t contact me, come near me, return to what was our shared apartment, or leave the state. The only support system I had in Michigan was him and his family who enable him and his actions so I came back to my hometown in Indiana with my more than supportive family. I know I’m gonna have to take the step to file for divorce at some point but I’m scared of potentially having to share custody. While biologically they are both his, he mentally and emotionally tortured me for months and months on end and when he finally took the step up to putting his hands on me I knew enough was enough and I don’t want him anywhere me or our beautiful babies ever again. I’ve woken up with night terrors almost every night for weeks now and have started having frequent panic attacks because of his actions and the thought of our children ever being left alone with him. Part of the reason I stayed so long was because I never wanted to leave our daughter alone with him. How good are my chances of getting full custody??
