How To Remove Myself From Squarespace That Is Attached To My Ex's Websites

Location: New Mexico

I 35f broke up with a guy about 3.5 months ago. I did a lot for him as his caretaker and girlfriend. The relationship ended terribly and I have literally just said I do not care as my peace is more important, on my stuff or money. It is just a lost cause in my opinion. My problem is all his websites due to a disability he has are still connected to my squarespace. In reality he could have done it himself he just didn't. Every time I look at squarespace it makes me ill. I paid for most of the domains and have sent numerous requests via squarespace for all of his stuff to be transferred to him. He is capable of using a computer and actually coded some pretty impressive websites with the help of AI. I have contacted his family and a friend of his I knew before him to try to get him to take ownership of these websites.

I should also mention I am currently a co defendant on a case involving a car accident we were in where we were not at fault. I was the driver we got rearended by a car going around 125mph in a 55mph zone. I do not know if that's relevant but thought I would include it just in case.

My question is simple I hope, can I legally just delete the whole account or could he sue me? I signed no NDAs and plan to do nothing with the websites I just don't want to deal with him anymore. Do I have to send a certified letter in a language he can read or have I done my due diligence? I also plan to include a QR code if there is a waiting period of some sort with the letter professionally written in the language he can read and a USB drive with all the information he needs for apartment issues and other issues he has had. What steps do I have to take to protect my peace and just walk away?
