I (18+f) Made A Police Report Today About Sa By My Step Father

location: WI 04/08 I (20F) made a police report about my stepfather SAing me since I was 14. Today I made a report and talked to a detective. I left for a women's shelter with my mother (40+), and we're safe.

How do I handle this legally? I can't afford a lawyer, and my mother can't afford a divorce lawyer. He pays for the house, and we can't afford it on our own. We have some resources for housing, but we don't know if we still have to pay the bills at the house since we're leaving

Edit- 04/09 Im planning on talking to the victim advocate more today since yesterday was cut short due to needing to get belongs before he got home. I dont really feel anything except anxious. I dont want this to just be a slap on the wrist for him when this has been going on for years since I was a minor.

Should I block his number? He only called once and texted twice im just anxious to if hes angry. (I know I shouldn't care since im in a safe space it just keeping running through my head)

Edit- 04/09 later in the day Tomorrow ill be speaking to the victim advocate about what further to do. He'll hopefully be arrested to but when they went by the house and didnt see his car hopefully tommrow will be the day. Thank you for the dms it means alot
