I Am Being Stalked And Threatened And The Police Aren't Doing Anything

so super long story but essentially I (early 20s F) am being stalked by a family member's ex GF who is the same age as me. She used to physically abuse my family member, and she physically assaulted me late last year. I dont want to give too much away because she is literally stalking me and my family member and im scared she will find this post, so ill try to be as specific as I can be. I am physically disabled (like you will be able to tell just from looking at me). she is in the process of being charged with assault along with other traffic and resisting things bc she fled the scene and the police had to chase her. she was released bc no bond. we both have a restraining order against her.

we have been notified more than once that she has taken her monitor off and refused to appear, but still they won't hold her or place her house arrest. She has been texting us and threatening us, calling us racial slurs, told us to back to where we came from, leaked both of our numbers on the internet and on dating apps(??), posted our address online, etc etc and that is just that we know of. she also just threatened us, telling us we need to watch out on a specific date and also calling us the n word hard r. we keep calling the police and they are doing nothing, and the state's attorney (who is charging her) is also not handling things correctly. she is texting us from other numbers, assuming she is using google voice or some other app that generates phone numbers.

I am getting scared not just for me but for my family members who live in the house that she leaked the address of. she is threatening to call ICE (we were all born here but you know how they are). I need advice on what to do. can the police track the phone numbers? is her telling us to watch our on a specific date considered a valid threat that she would be arrested for? each time we call they literally are just like "meh". I need them to take us seriously and I need just overall advice on wtf to do bc everyday its gets worse . we have gotten hundreds of texts, numerous calls, and we have documented everything and sent it all to the police and attorney, but nothing is being done.

I can't have this up too long bc I know the bitch will find so pls this is urgent. also are there any places I can look up my number to see where she has been leaking it?
