I Essentially Have To Choose Between My Job And My Probation Adherence

Location: San Antonio, TX / Bexar County

I'm already on thin ice with my job and tomorrow is gonna be a big problem if I don't go and an even bigger problem if I do because my probation officer has been ignoring me (calls going straight to VM and never responding) since last month despite me emailing and calling him 13 times since (and counting) to request that we reschedule the next check in, which is tomorrow, and to request permission to travel a couple cities away tomorrow because they require that I show up to their new hire orientation and they only have them at headquarters. If I don't show up to my probation meeting, it will be a failure to appear which is an automatic warrant. The job is usually understanding with legal matters. But I already missed the 1st new hire orientation and they said I can't miss this one and have to be on time and it's a full day thing. The probation appointment is at 930 and I have to be in the other city for orientation at 8am until 5pm. Can I report my PO for ignoring me? Should I go to the PO meeting and risk getting fired?

ETA: Thanks everyone. I found the number to the office he works in and the operator gave me the supervisor's email and all the details I need to include to get my requests looked at today. I also forwarded my emails to prove I've been trying to contact my PO for weeks about this.
