I Have A Broken Transmission And I Can't Get A Hold Of The Guy Who Warranties The Car

Location: Tennessee

I recently got a job as a rural carrier for the post office in Tennessee, so to get more hours and a better chance of succeeding in my probational period I bought myself a POV(Post Office Vehicle), something that had to be right hand drive. I bought it from this guy on Facebook who advertises buying vehicles and strapping on a conversion kit. After i bought the car I already knew i was going to have issues with this guy. He was late to deliver it to me, he said he had it registered yet it wasn't, and when i ask for a spare key and a rear light cover he says he will send it but they never come, also "new used" tires don't just explode the moment u try to drive, and the brakes on the conversion kit were so bad that you couldn't push the brake all the way down preventing you from braking fully. Almost got into a few accidents because of that. Fast forward a month and my transmission blows, I was told and have photo proof of him saying that ALL of his vehicles have a 60 day warranty on the engine and transmission. So i attempt to getting contact him but all of my calls go to voicemail, so I message his Facebook account and don't hear anything back till the next day. AND IT WASN'T EVEN HIM. Someone responded to me saying he had a "family emergency" out of state and to leave my contact info, not like I have his PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER. I just moved into my new place and really needed the money to save incase of a different emergency. This happened last week and i have been out of work for almost 5 days, I only get to work Fridays and Sundays because I'm supplied with a LLV, aka government vehicle. I'm debating if I should file for small claims because not only is he breaking contract with the warranty, WRITTEN PROOF BTW, and I'm unable to reach him. But also i will have to pay for the new transmission myself and i will have lost money because he said, with said warranty I would receive a loaner to continue working, but because I have not i could potentially lose out on 60 hours a week at 21.89 an hour with .95$/m that I drive, and i drive on average 50 miles a day 6 days a week. I'm just lost because I've already been super stressed and I just need a break. I could use all the advice I could get.
