I was arrested and my arrest was both absurd and made the news and went viral. The local sheriff implied I was an unemployed loser who needed help to a journalist and that was the headline. Problem is, I got a job and actually a good one - I make more than the sheriff.
Somehow, I didnt lose my job. I cant have the rest of my lifes reputation having that story to overcome - I have a unique name there is only one of me.
I want to talk to a civil rights attorney for some advice - I called all the "civil rights" attorneys in google search in my state and I could not get past a paralegal.
The details of my case sound so insane that its easy to dismiss me as crazy. But I have key details on video that the state doesnt have (my home security footage!). My home security footage caught the REAL reason for my arrest.
My criminal lawyer says not to worry about it right now. My concern is his main priority is keeping me out of prison so I may end up doing something that messes up the next steps, or NOT doing something I should be doing.
