I Have Been Paying For A 1500sq Ft Commercial Lease And Just Found Out The Unit Is Only 1200 (florida)

Overall story, my LLC has been renting a unit that the lease says is 1500 sq. Ft. I also pay cam fees based on the 1500sq ft. I am in my 4th year of a 5 year lease. I got very sick in January and I am currently going through multiple doctors visits and testing. I have a lesion on my brain and dealing with sever nerve issue. I contacted my landlord in March this year and informed them I was having health issues and asked if we could end the lease early because my doctor said I should not be working and I wasn't able to do my job anymore( i provided a copy of my MRI report). She said we can sublet or they will get a leasing agent and we pay the fees but we are still contracted to finish the lease. We tried to find someone to take over for us but were not able we told the landlord to get a leasing agent. They didn't until I gave a 30 day notice (June 26th) that we will be out by July 31st. A leasing agent finally showed up. The problem when he measured the unit, it is was only 1200 sq. Ft and that is what it is now leasing as. I have the paperwork from the leasing website that says 1200 sq ft. Me and the leasing agent met with a potential candidate and he told her it was 1200 sq. Ft. She is very interested in the unit and will probably take it Aug 1st.

At this point I just want to leave and take care of my health. Working the last 3 months has probably made me worse and im not doing well. We also will not have funds to pay anymore to the landlord. If I forfeit our deposit and tell the landlord we have been overcharged for rent the last 4 years and we are leaving and dont expect to pay anymore as we have already paid over 20k extra for space we did not have, will I be clear if they try to come after me at any point?
